Entrepreneurs accepted into this program make a commitment to work with our Business Coach or in a Mastermind to create a Profit Blueprint that will create a minimum of $100K in additional revenue over the next 12 months, hopefully sooner. This is highly individualized coaching, not a cookie-cutter program. We work with you very closely to scale your business with the focus on prioritizing tweaks you can make that create the most profit impact with the least amount of cost and effort. We limit this to only a few new clients per year to insure success. If this Program isn’t good fit for you, we still guarantee and at least a break-even ROI on any of our coaching services.

Part of the discovery process to see if you might be a good fit is to arrive at a point where BOTH parties agree there is no risk to moving forward with the relationship. We hope you would not want to work with any Coach who offers to work for free with a possibility of payment. Before we begin accepting any fees, we will work with you to create a plan to make sure you at the very least retrieve your investment. Costs can very based on your current revenues and profits, and we also offer a ramped fee structure to help cash-flow your investment. In the $100K Profit Program, we guarantee $100K in additional revenue above and beyond any fees paid to us.

We work with plenty of clients outside of this program. If you engage us as your Business Advisor or join one of our High-End Masterminds, we will still Guarantee you at least earn back any fees paid to us in additional revenue. So worst case, you will get a break-even guarantee, even if not in the $100K Program. The difference is in the level of commitment. We can create a custom $100K Blueprint for your business, then its a question of how much you want our help to get you there.

We guarantee our promise, so if in the agreed upon time-frame we have not helped you create $100K in additional revenue, then we’ll keep working with you or keep you in the Mastermind group until you do. We NEVER want clients who are not satisfied with their experience. Having said this, YOU need to do the work and implement the changes necessary to get to the next level and achieve your goals.

The first thing we do is explore Your Profit Why to get a clear picture of your goals and aspirations and to establish a plan for your growth. Then we conduct a very thorough Profit Assessment reviewing up to 40 areas of your business, from which we create a custom Profit Blueprint. One we have the Blueprint, we prioritize the initiatives starting with the ones that will have the most profit impact with the least cost and effort. From there we work with you to implement these strategies and fulfill your goals.

We cannot control your P&L, only you can. What we can do is work with you to create a customized Profit Blueprint, and we can assist you in implementing that plan. Part of that plan might be recognizing profit, for our purposes, but choosing to re-invest that money back into your company. The point is that this is a collaboration and as long as you find huge value in our help, we’ll continue to help you scale your company profitably hopefully for much more than the $100K additional revenue.

Typically we ask that you invest NO LESS than 2-3 hours per week. Part of that time is meeting with your Mentor or in your Group, and part of the time to implement the strategies we agree upon. Our goal is to create the freedom you desire an an entrepreneur and we will work on strategies to reduce your total time commitment and reduce the number of hours you work IN your business as opposed to ON your business. We may ask you to invest 2-3 hours per week, but we’ll strive to save you 5-6 hours per week so you net more freedom and independence.
